- Read technical drawings and set up the machines following the blueprints.
- Use MasterCam software to model cutting paths and program machines accordingly.
- Perform quality assurance tests to ensure products meet design specifications.

- Loading raw materials into the VMC machine.

- Choosing and loading the correct cutting tools for the job.
- Maintain the 3C&5S and obey the company rules when instructed by the company.

CNC VMC Setter
Experience: 2 ~3 Years
Location: Chennai
- Set up CNC/VMC to complete new product/different functions.
- Change the tooling of the CNC machine.
- Observe machine operation to verify accuracy of machine settings and to detect malfunctions or out-of-tolerance machining, using precision measuring instruments such as micrometer and dial caliper.
- Adjust machine control, including part process.
- Verify “first piece inspection” using appropriate measuring instruments.
- You are responsible for your allocated workload and must meet all targets as agreed with your Line Manager. You must contribute towards the smooth running of the organization generally.
- Carry out tasks within allotted time limits.
- Immediately report problems/failures that may impact the organization and/or its clients/customers to the Line Manager
- Basic knowledge of programming

CNC Operator
Experience: 0 ~ 1 Year
Location: Chennai
- Translate the requirements of detailed part drawings into measurements for production.
- Perform proper setup and calibration procedures for all equipment and accessories to be used on projects.
- Ensure that every machine procedure is done following the strict guidelines of the company.
- Follow all company safety protocols.
- Inspect the work area and machines that were used during the day before leaving at the end of each shift.
- Attend and actively participate in training classes and safety sessions.
- CNC machine operation, and part handling to be done as per drawing and work standard requirements.
- Fill the coolant oil and lubricant oil before starting the work and before taking the charge, ensure the machine and work table cleanliness done by relieving employees.
- Production Report Handling.

- Must have instrument handling knowledge.
- Must handle customer complaints.
